Mark 16: 15-18
Greetings to you all in the precious name of the Lord Jesus.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
By the Grace of God we have done our last mission outreach for 2018 and that was to none other Bonnie Scotland the 'promised land'. We had a glorious 10 days ministering in Fraserburgh in county Buchan and Levin in the Kingdom of Fife.
We continued with the message that was brought with so much success in Zimbabwe and South Africa, Christ the Healer, Matthew 11:28. We were blessed to have Val Waldeck join us from Durban SA, it was a real pleasure to minister with her once again. We were hosted once again by our dear friends, James and Marie Sutherland from Fraserburgh. A special thanks to P.s Ben and Ps. Danny from the AOG Lighthouse church, they were very instrumental in the organising of the meetings.
We started on Thursday night at the Fishermen's Mission Hall with great anticipation as to what the Holy Spirit was going to do and we were not disappointed. Folk recommitted their lives to the Lord and we prayed over the sick. James Sutherland set the mood with 2 beautiful songs at each meeting. Friday got off to a good start as once again the scripture of Matthew 11:28 was ministered with many folk being touched. A young man named Owen who was at both meetings came knocking at my window in the early hours of the morning asking me to come and pray with his girlfriend who wanted to give her life to the Lord and that was the moment such was the urgency in their young lives.
Rob Rowe from Grampian Gospel Radio blessed us with a live stream of the first Fraserburgh service together with live interviews with Val and myself. What an amazing, powerful tool for reaching many, friends in South Africa managed to tune in. Thank you so much Rob for this blessings.
The team then motored down to Levin for the next leg of the ministry tour of Scotland. We were hosted by Robert Todd from Blacketyside with his good friend Charles Ferguson. We were there for 3 nights and what a lovely experience as the Holy Spirit really moved. We all sensed a real freedom as we had testimonies,
folk stood and read scriptures and young folk who had never been to Church or a religious meeting stood for the Lord and were Born again. Once again the Lord blessed me for it was a desire of mine to minister to my 'Ayne Folk'. James set the stage to minister by singing some wonderful hymns.
Thank you all for your prayers and support its folk like you that make it possible for us to take the Gospel to this dying world.
The Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Yours in Christ
Fergus & Jo.
